Coating
:
We operate two powder coating lines suitable for large jobs up to 7m x 2.4m x 2.4m, ideal for long or wide work where a finish requires consistant heat across the entire surface throughout the curing process. Specialist finishes include zinc rich coatings for corrosion protection and nylon coatings for insulation and enhanced grip.
Stove
Enamelling
:
We offer a stove enamelling service in a wide range of colours. Both our paint rooms are equipped with wet back spray booths, one 7m and the other 6m in length.
Air
Drying Systems

For items that are sensitive to the heat we offer a range
of air drying finishes for wood, plastics
and mdf materials.
Shot
Blasting
: As part of our finishing services we offer a shot blasting service.
Colour
Matching
: We match Ral, BS, Pantone, Crown, and Dulux paints
in house.
