Nationwide Coatings (UK) Ltd based in Langley Berkshire are jobbing sprayers offering a large capacity powder coating and stove enamelling service to industry around the UK.

Established in 1985 much of our work is split between exhibition stand coating and industrial metal finishing. We operate two large paint spray plants, with 7 and 6 meter box ovens and are able to powder coat items up to 7m x 2.4m x 2.4m.

Other services include stove enamelling, air drying, shot blasting, refurbishment, degreasing, and colour matching. No job is too big or too small, we handle one off jobs, batch work as well as items for the general public. We also offer a packaging service and local delivery.

Powder Coating: We operate two powder coating lines suitable for large jobs up to 7m x 2.4m x 2.4m, ideal for long or wide work where a finish requires consistant heat across the entire surface throughout the curing process. Specialist finishes include zinc rich coatings for corrosion protection and nylon coatings for insulation and enhanced grip.

Stove Enamelling: We offer a stove enamelling service in a wide range of colours. Both our paint rooms are equipped with wet back spray booths, one 7m and the other 6m in length.

Air Drying Systems: For items that are sensitive to the heat we offer a range of air drying finishes for wood, plastics and mdf materials.

Degreasing & Shot Blasting: As part of our finishing services we offer vapour degreasing using Perk (Perchloroethylene Solvent) for small items up to a tonne and a shot blasting service.

Colour Matching: We match Ral, BS, Pantone, Crown, and Dulux paints in house.
